Probably because the person that acts as the character "Flo" is so attractive. I myself find her to be an attractive woman. I also think its because of her perkiness. There were a couple of commercials I didn't care for too much but overall, I think its just how the actress portrays her character. She seems down to Earth which attracts most people. So I think its just the actress playing that role so well.. She's the new spokeswoman so she has to do a decent job at it.
